Just turned it on....was Sale effectively wild tonight? Looked at the box score and he seemed to throw a lot of balls..but 11 Ks? Good to see Dunn with a 2B & homer.

Threw a lot of sliders. It was working pretty well.

Vicious line drive by Dunn.

He's back. Up to .265 now.

Mitchell's back in AA. Both with 5 RBI games and homers (Adam two and a double to boot).

Paulie, not so easy to foul a ball off your back foot. No shin protector there.

So, is this Adam Dunn when he's locked in?

I f***ING LOVE IT.

Lmao Paulie needs to wear the protection on both feet

Going to left more seems to be helping Dunn. His timing looks better.

Montero hit an absolute bomb off the fastball, and he hung a slider to Ichiro out over the plate...the other run was 1/2 Thornton's fault.

BTW, Cespedes' first career 3 hit game, getting his average back to respecatability, I think he has 14 RBI's too.

Would have been amazing to see a team with Viciedo, Cespedes and Ramirez all playing together.

It can't make him any slower.

I would agree his timing does look good. Rios' timing has looked alright at times as well. He doesn't have many XBH's yet but he hasn't looked awful either.

I bet we see Konerko get tomorrow off

Oh hey Adam Dunn.

It's as if the joyous feelings that came with his acquisition are coming back after being profoundly dampened by the 2011 season.

Quite ironic that our 3 big named busts from last year are playing well now, and our 3 young offensive players are struggling.

Time for Viciedo and/or Beckham and hopefully even Morel to show something in the top of the 9th.

Gordo looks like he's changed his stance. His hands are up much higher and he got rid of that stupid hitch. Looks like it's working a bit better for him.

On a night like tonight, I can't help but think of the dumb f***s that booed Dunn last week. Idiots that didn't see the improvement in spring training I guess.

I know its not easy to fill 3 hours but hawk and stone are boring the s*** out of me this year. They often talk about the same thing two or three days in a row, and say exactly what they said the day before.

Yeah, Gordon's hitch is completely gone in his swing.

Now Viciedo's a mess.

And we can't really say that Beckham and Morel are close to being over their problems, either. Oh, well.

First outing for Santiago since the Tuesday night debacle.

I might be late on this but isn't it weird that we had SANTos and now we have SANTiago ?

Alright Santiago, no home runs.

That's the WGN-effect. When it's national, Hawk gets on his high horse about stuff. He might as well openly campaign to get in the Hall because that's all he cares about.

Uh oh.

God damn it Santiago...

Ok, so, Hector Santiago is going to need to stop throwing meatballs.
