Stoney will never participate with a 'YES' from Hawk.

I understand, but it seemed like I heard something.

Actually I wouldn't mind couple more runs, I don't trust Santiago these days.

Just don't throw the rh 4 straight fastballs.

So, how many people want to go through this thread and find proclamations that this game was clearly over and done with?

Should we chart them by proclamation per poster or by total proclamations?

9 times out of 10 when you have 1st/2nd and the runner picked off 2nd and then another thrown out at the plate....ON THE ROAD....a major league team is going to lose that game.

It's the fact that we might have the best bullpen in the major leagues (except for Stewart) that saved us.

And it's STILL not over, YET.

I don't understand why Stoney won't do the yes. It makes it look like he hates Hawk.

It's fine for him to hate Hawk, but he can't act like it.

Especially not to Cespedes.

Stoney doesn't want to be thought of as a total homer. I totally understand.

Why are they cutting to the Bulls game for like 2 minutes? What's the point?

Yeah, WTF. The game is already on CSN+ and it doesn't matter anyway.

There we go, back to Oakland

Tell him to get the hell on national TV for that :gosoxretro:

If Hector saves it, Nate Jones gets a beer shower post-game, 1st ML win

Nobody ever said we were good fans.

I think those of us still watching after all of the horrid things the Sox have done to try and lose this game are good fans...

For the record, they don't hate each other.

Lefties have almost zero chance against Santiago.

Really? 9 out of 10 times? Because both of those situations mean you're getting a lot of runners on base, which is usually a good thing for scoring runs.

Edit: The Sox have had at least 20 baserunners today and given up 8.

Drop the screwgie

Yellow line on Gameday? That's a new one. It must screwball time!

We're some of the most dedicated fans of this fanbase. Who else would stick through a game like this?

So on Beckham's play at the plate, Farmer made it sound like Beckham was scoring without a problem. Must have been a strange play.

He's just not very emotional.

Harry used to bug him about it too...and question his sexual preference as well.

Maybe the key to this game was Ohman coming in and getting Weeks, Sogard and Reddick.

At least at this point.

The last 2-3 years, our back-end bullpen guys would have blown that game somehow....it was almost an automatic loss.

103_mph_screwball is not impressed

There it is... The screwball

Crap, made a really bad pitch there.

God Damn it Hector.
