He is limited by the poor choices he has made with the resources he has been given, thus wasting them and producing a less than acceptable product. There's no doubt there has been some Sox fan apathy, but its a 2 way street. The Sox have been one of the top 4 or 5 priced tickets in MLB for several years and their new system makes buying tickets during the season even more expensive.
