Well, they were the team with the momentum...and we gave it right back to them in the first.

 

Too many defensive miscues the last two nights, and Span made a great play on the Rios ball to turn the momentum back to the Twins.

 

We got beat by the "PIRAnHAS" again, with the bottom 3 in the line-up doing the damage.

I honestly think that sometimes the umps get tired towards the end of the game and try to just get the thing over with as soon as possible.

That bottom of the ninth inning seemed like it took about one minute for the Twins to bust the tie.

That's what is sad. Somehow the umpires became bigger than the game of baseball. A huge part of what is wrong with baseball is the umpiring. I guess it's the ump union. Must be nice. Umpires are a disgrace to the great game of baseball. Like you said, THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!

We need to shore up our defense side of the game. Maybe we lost focus after trading Escobar . I am liking our chances because this team has more fight in them compared to last years' team.
