Rios continues to open up too early. Hopefully he gets it going again soon.

1 out in Detroit

Congrats to Dunn!!

2 out in Detroit.

AJP needs to face Holland in the 9th, as he's hit him well of late.

Tigers lose to the Orioles. That's a good thing, right?

For now, yes...never a bad thing to be guaranteed coming home for a 6 game series in first place.

At least the Tigers lost.

We made FOUR errors in this game?

Sweet Jesus of Nazareth.

Talk about handing the Royals another game.

I agree, we're in first place we have to be going for the division.

4 infield singles. Jesus.

Youk cant catch a break on some of these hits tonight.

Youk struggling like crazy to field the ball cleanly.

That's what speed can get you. You can't play him too in either. He's a good enough hitter to shoot it by you.

Obviously. But six weeks from now, we may wish the Tigers beat the Orioles.

I guess what I'm trying to say...scoreboard watching is kinda pointless and the Sox just need to get to 91 wins and let the cards fall playoff-wise.

If the Sox go and get dominated by the Tigers when they play them next, then you can start rooting for the Tigers to beat some of the WC contenders. I still think Anaheim and Tampa are far and away the biggest WC threats.

See, I'm in the group that Sox need to do whatever they can to win the division.

Sox might win 91 games and not even get in.

YOU DON'T LET BUTLER BEAT YOU.

f***ing Escobar.

Robin continues to be really, really dense when it comes to the pen.

STOP THROWING FASTBALLS TO BUTLER!

Well, that's about par for the course giving up an insurance run there.

I guess that one time we came back against Broxton, we were down 2 or 3, but he's no longer the closer.
