Wow, great play by Kipnis

QUOTE (Caesar @ Sep 2, 2012 -> 09:34 PM)
Detroit will not lose. But if they did, I will never post here again.

Hell yes! They showed the last few outs on MLB Network.

Great play by Chicago boy Kipnis saves the White Sox...

Would have been bases loaded, 2 outs.

YESSSSSSS! That's a White Sox winner...sorta.

And here's hoping we've seen the last of Caesar.

Plus, if you banned him, where would the overdone negativity come from?

That is always in ample supply.

That gap would be filled quicker than you would guess

So, um, win tonight White Sox

After watching the Tigers for two weeks when they lose, they make it close. With the Sox it seems some games the concede to a loss and want to start over the next day. That could be that Cabrera and Fielder are hitting so well, it creates a lot of pressure for other teams.

Outside of when we're playing the Tigers, I think we do make it close when we lose. We don't get blown out by the Royals, they beat us in the 8th inning. The games against the Orioles were mostly close. The Sox have a ton of comebacks this year.

The only place that we just fold right now is against Detroit.

The Sox have done a great job all year of keeping games close. The team's overall +/- illustrates that.

It's the Twins. F***ING pound them!!!! :gosox1:

The Sox also need to put an end to blown saves.

Wasn't Hudson the tying run last night?

no, winning run. Johnson was the tying run IIRC

Looks like a 3 team race in the East now.

After the Sox facing Scherzer and V. tonight should look like batting practice.
