I still don't get what Leyland constantly bunts in front of Cabrera, which sets up the intentional walk.

Yeah, this is so dumb

Alexei completely out of position. Awesome

Just bad luck, that ball was in the hole and the runner (Jackson) was going to be safe anyway...maybe the bases would have still been loaded, but Alexei's never going to throw out even an injured Austin Jackson.

And Jose doesn't have the kind of stuff to consistently strike out hitters, either.

That's why. 3-0

chill hawk, that was a pretty solid single

single here could be the game

Why would you throw anything near the plate on first pitch to Young? Not the first time we've seen him.

i just dont get it.. you could roll the first pitch of an AB up there to Young and he would swing. Gosh it gets old watching him hit every first pitch

Hawk is so f***ing annoying

This is a team of complete mental midgets when the opposing team has the word "Detroit" or "Kansas City" on their jerseys....unbelievable...

Hey, at least we get to go to K.C. after this...

This game is about to be close to over soon if they add 4 and 5 runs.

AJ with his typical 2nd half defense.

Boesch has killed us all season long.

Tigers have hit against us with RISP. We haven't returned the favor, by and large.

Really need to rethink the pitching philosophy to Young.

Not looking good for the offense.

and the lead is back down to 1 game.

at least now I can get back to work instead of staring at mlb gameday instead.

:sigh:

its really not to hard.. throw first pitch low and in the dirt, he will swing, get ahead 0-1 and go from there

That's cause the Sox refuse to read any scouting info on Delmon Young. I'd rather have Cabrera bat every time.

Yup, MLB games are only 3 innings now.

At least we are making Fister work..wait...

88-91 mph fastballs away, away, away....thats a pitcher scared to pitch.

HE GAWN! OK offense, time to go to work now.

ha

He Gawn! Still a long way to go!! Lets get some Runs

:gosoxretro:

Gosh it's just baffling how we get screwed by duck snorts so much more often than we benefit from them!! You would think over such a large sample size of 162 games these things would tend to even out but nope! It's just always duck snort after duck snort for the opposition and none for us. :(
