Sale is just out of gas. Crazy that his ERA might finish over 3.

I'm still enjoying this sour apple blow pop

TB takes pitches and looks for something to hit. We take ball 1 than swing at next pitch no matter where it is.

I like the way that the assume the last series the Rays have against Baltimore will be meaningful. Not if we win these last few games, but they just assume we won't. Can't blame them I guess but it's a bit insulting.

Moore is just dealing

Hard to strand RISP if you don't get base runners

Detroit up 2-0, Sox down 3-0. :(((((((((((((

Yep, haven't failed with RISP once today!

Beckham trying to hit a homer on 2-0 and 3-1.

and who shall we blame for that?

One way to deal with that recent abysmal 2/30 bases loaded success rate.

If you just added 2-3 more hits in those key situations, we might be up by one game right now instead of struggling to stay alive.

And 5/30 would be horrible STILL.

It's unfair to make our lousy hitters hit in the shadows.

More walks

Keep throwing balls sale.

Can't believe we are sucking. LOOK AT THAT ATTENDANCE!

I wish the Sox were in the wild card hunt.

I've made the decision it's probably more exciting (or at least entertaining) to cheer for the Twins' offense against Verlander than ours against Moore.

And the thing is that Moore had 3-4 starts in a row where he hadn't gotten past the fourth inning, so it's not like he came into this game on any kind of roll at all.

If the Sox win these two games that series could still have meaning.

Get someone up in the pen.

I wonder what the crowd is today.

Um, no

Take him out if you have to. Walks are pissing me off. Save him for Wed if game matters.
