2 years/25 mil. It's bad, but not that bad.

Is it bad? Wouldn't he get more than that on the open market?

He's significantly better at drawing a walk than Alexei. Not sure if that is because his eye is so much better or if pitchers are just less afraid to attack Alexei. I also think that Alexei puts balls in play at a higher rate than Dayan, but I'm not sure.

And Alexei flies out...

Nice approach Alexei.

He has no plan at the plate.

I think you're extremely wrong. Soriano's contract is significantly worse. There are some big market teams that will be in the hunt for a CF.

If it's possible to trade him, then I think the Sox will be all in to do so. We couldn't make playoffs even with him in the MVP conversation.

Lol Ramirez , go back to the island....

Alexei never has a plan up there. So tired of it.

I don't know if teams trust him year-to-year. He has Saberhagen Syndrome. Good year/bad year.

That makes no sense. He was one of the few reasons they were in contention. If Konerko doesn't tank, then they probably make the postseason.

Amazing how awful this team is with RISP. Everyone automatically seems to try and do too much. Flowers not finishing the season strong.

Yeah see thats one of the reasons I want AJ back.

We already have an $83 million obligation towards next season. So KW and Hahn need to get creative.

Those are valuable dollars you would think to an organization that had crappy year attendance wise.

Is Gavin included in that number?

Alexei w/ RISP: .341

A.L. SS RBI race: Ramirez #1

Back to the island with you!

Perhaps Tyler Flowers' most important at-bat ever. And I hope I don't mean to include the future as well...but quite possibly.

I bet Jerry shells out the cash. This pitching staff is going to need a few new members.

There's a 1B that should be offered to everyone well before Rios. If you can trade PK, you can move Dunn to 1B.

Ummm no...

Who is this guy

If PK is doing this poorly because of non-injury reasons or an injury that isn't simply fixed, I have to put my money on his retirement in the offseason.

Look at his AAA numbers and be amazed

Well thank you for providing a reason.

Back to the island with you!

And 9th out of 11 in terms of OPS in the AL

0 home runs.

Konerko is playing one more year with the Sox, and then he's playing hockey and golf fulltime.

I think he sees the finish line coming.
