April 10, 201312 yr Beckham is listed day to day after irritating a nerve in his left wrist. If he is DL'ed what should the Sox do ? Who do they call up ? I think we see Kepp at 2nd and Gillaspie at 3rd mostly . Against lefties more of Angel Sanchez at 2nd . Do they call up Carlos Sanchez ? Another outfielder ? Look to make a trade ?
April 10, 201312 yr I don't think they'll DL him. It'll be few days that'll turn into a week. That's more White Sox. If they had to bring up anyone, I hate to say it, it'll probably be Morel.

April 10, 201312 yr I think you are right, we'll see Kepp at 2nd and Gillaspie at 3rd. I'm glad it wasn't that serious on Beckham but hopefully this doesn't mean an atrocious first half from him due to injury.

April 11, 201312 yr Anybody else think it's stupid to have a 7 day DL for concussions only? If they're going to have the 7 day DL, teams should be able to use it for any injury. It can really put teams in a tight spot if they have a couple players nursing injuries that will be out for 5 or 6 games and opening up the 7 day DL would really help that.
