Addison Reed and Santiago are the only ones left in the pen, right? This game better not go too deep in to extras....

Maybe Santiago's ability to pitch 6 innings will actually pay off for once in case this goes 16.

Edited by Buehrle>Wood

opposing teams should walk konerko and rios and pitch to the rest.

Now pinch run Wise? Or does it even matter?

They're seriously pinch running for our best hitter? Jesus Christ Robin, this is awful.

It's unlikely we're gonna score this inning.

We've heard so much about players changing things under Manto (especially compared to when Walker was here)...it was only a matter of time before something went terribly wrong.

Let's hope they can counter adjust. This has moved beyond "just a slump"

Ventura just pinch ran for kong. They need to win now because our offense is just Rios now.

I think Connor's due for his 1st dinger

Why not run Tekotte and let Greene hit for Gillaspie?

I think Manto's changes work better with guys who don't depend on plate discipline (i.e. Rios). Dunn is a completely different case.

If you want to score without a HR, you need pinch runner for PK

Why do you trust Greene more than Gillaspie at the dish?

But I agree on Tekotte running, isn't he our fastest bench player?

He seemed to have done something helpful with Adam last year. Why not just do that again? I'd love if he doubled his batting average and hit 40 HRs

ugh, f***ing wind.

So no PK, and no one except Rios left in the line up.

Man the Sox offense is hard too watch right now.

Alexei has been hitting the ball well now.

Up around .330

T Flow could always go deep. Alexei can handle a bat. So can Gillaspie. Who knows when ADA, Kep will remember how to hit consistently.

There was no reason to pinch run Greene unless you planned to run with him. He only went on the last pitch of Alexei's PA. SMH.

Reed will get hit around here and Perkins will get the save.

Man this offense sucks.

I assumed the reason was to have a guy that could score on a double/two singles.

Neither the manager or bench coach seem to have great in game managing skill.

We've had one extra basehit all day and we have 6 hits on the day, 2 of them belonging to the guy we pinch ran for.

You pinch run with a guy who not only didn't make any effort to steal, but in fact, was completely lost on the pitcher's movement to home/first. So we lost PK for a stationary runner...
