Oh Hawk, shut up. That was foul by 30 feet

Camera man kind of anxious too, it appears.

Rongey "I don't believe the offense is this bad. Maybe in late June if they are still hitting like this."

And in late June he will be talking up that anything can happen in a bad division.

He is the master of asskissing Sox brass.

April showers.

Damn. That was a 3-2 meatball. s***. 2 outs.

Corpseball at home and on the road. I'm starting to wonder if sparse crowds and a long year is what is in store. Yet I still have tickets for Thursday and Friday to celebrate my birthday.

I agree. He overreacted big time there.

No fight in this team whatsoever.

This team sucks

Sox really really stink.

Like Caufield says, 20,000 will be a big crowd this season. April and the team already has developed a corpse-like demeanor.

Which is completely opposite from last year.

Anyone happy Robin turned down the extension in the offseason?

If we can't beat the Twins and Indians at home, who are we going to beat?

We've already played the Mariners.

People on this site laughed when some said KC would be better than the Sox...........THEY ARE!

Houston?

Hey at least we got 5 hits!

Look forward to the "Let's be patient. It's still early." posts.

Better question is if anyone is not happy he did that?

I am If this nonsense continues he will not have to worry about next year.

Justin Masterson is the team's ace. They got 2 runs off of him. I know that's not a lot considering the guy's ERA was 1.67. Axe gave a solid outing. The bullpen has to lock that s*** down and they didn't. Tekotte is a f***ing idiot and single handlely killed a rally.

Outside the bad defense. The sox did OK tonight. The lineup has to be shaken up. I rather have the auto outs down in the 9 spot. Bat Dunn 9th for the love of god.

Contraction/Oblivion, lol.

I still can't believe that Selig was close to succeeding in getting a Twins' team that was about to win 6 divisions in 9 years contracted.

Brooks Boyer needs to start polishing up that resume. I don't think he could have imagined this in 2005 or 2006.

We really have a weak weak lineup. It's not going to scare anybody. I hope Rios doesn't lose interest. He's about our only professional hitter. Paulie has shown signs of having no pop in his bat and Dunn is ridiculous as is Flowers.

DeAza, Lexi and Gillaspie are OK to above average.

Man our lineup is horrid.

Everyone feel free to join me in hashtagging my disappointment with #Corpseball. So far it's been unused on the Twittersphere.

I know we talk about DFA'ing people a lot, but I'd love to see the Sox just release Thornton.

I had to vent. I realize fat chance that will happen.

If he had a monumental bad first half, it could happen.

That would be about the dumbest thing they could do at this moment.
