this strike zone is bizarro

How long is it going to take for either of these teams to score? The pitchers have been great, but it's not like mediocre pitchers would be getting lit up tonight.

Jesus Christ do not let this get to Thornton.

I think we have a better chance against their pen than they do ours, but...

This game is gonna be a classic Thornton chokejob loss any minute now that results in Rongey breaking out the Matty love-stats later tonight.

Let Jones go another?

Despite our best efforts, we're going to extras......again.

Time for Nate's first win of the year.

I think I could shut down the Mets for an inning. The bottom of their order is beyond brutal.

Very nice inning for Nate. Hopefully he can get back on track.

Now we just need to Keppinger to get things going. A single or even a walk (god forbid) would be fine.

Goodness Keppinger sucks

Nice! Some weak contact, just what we needed Kep!

He swings like a pitcher. Actually, Santiago swung with more authority.

Keppinger got multiple pitches a high school hitter would mash. My Lord.

He looks like Mike Caruso could out-slug him right now.

Keppinger looks like a grade school science teacher that won a baseball fantasy camp contest.

Would have been interesting if Harvey still had a no hitter or perfect game if he would have come out for the 10th.

It's not good when there's 3 guys on your roster that you seriously hope retire before their contract is up (Keppinger, Dunn, Danks)

Great story, hawk

Doesn't matter who pitches.

In a 0-0 game with 2 outs and no one on, why is Dunn not swinging out of his ass on the 3-2 pitch?

14 k's for Met pitchers

I'm beginning to wish that about 3/4 of this team would just retire.
