I'm with you. Cecchini's avg. and on base skills would be something the Sox haven't had in years. (At least on paper)

Addison Russell is a damn fine prospect despite his slow start. Big fan of Sonny Gray. Kind of tepid on Choice. Athletics are an interesting match but not my first choice.

The only guy that would be attractive from Oakland would be Grant Green (not including Russel). Jemile Weeks maybe, but definitely not the centerpiece of any deal. Overall, I don't see it.

He's struggled in his cups of coffees, but he's never had more than a cup of coffee. Would be an interesting throw in player to such a deal.

Absolutely, he's a consensus top 2 prospect in all of baseball, usually behind only Buxton.
