Agreed. Just put him on the DL and leave him there. Sox should have sent him to the same Doc that is operating on Keppinger.

Ha, golden sombrero for Dunn. Good thing we're playing Dunn and Konerko instead of L. Garcia and Semien.

At which point they file a grievance against the team and a lawsuit and the GM gets fired and no one ever signs with the white sox again for mistreating their players.

I can't see how anyone doesn't think he's finished as even an average big league hitter.

Wacha no hitter thru 6.

70 pitches

Sox fans in July: "Dunn is hitting .314 in his last 25 games! He's turned it around! Keep him forever!"

Sox fans in September: "Dunn blows! I hope he retires! Worst hitter in the majors!"

Just speaking for myself, even when Dunn had good streaks, I still hated his overall game. He's a losing player. Period.

Dayan!

Viciedo! Tie game!

4th pick, here we come.

Fun fact- Last year, in the last game of the year in Cleveland, Viciedo hit a grand slam in the 9th inning. Today, in the last week, he hits a game tying home run in the 9th inning.

Sigh.

I f***ing hate Chris Perez

Hosmer, Longoria--both recent 3rd picks.

2 HR's in ninth been a long time. Meaningless wins 101.

Wacha through 7 innings. 86 pitches.

Can't Axelrod start every game the rest of the way?

Notable #4 picks of the last decade:

Ryan Zimmerman.

That's it.

Rangers still tied. Come on we are doing our job, now do yours.

I appreciate the free legal interpretation. Has there ever been a grievance filed for something like this? I can't recall any such instance. If so, put him on the DL in April, then release him. No grievance, mistreatment, etc. Then we can sign other players. Or just release him.

I have no idea why Robin is DHing him tonight.

Can't forget Machado...Mike Zunino looks like a pretty good prospect as well.

Yes. Thank you.

I could actually see the Sox drop to 5th. Twins may lose out, and the Royals may just fold once they get eliminated. Have a fun weekend in Chicago and lose some ballgames.
