Maybe all scoring plays are reviewed ? Or was it initiated by crew chief ?

Tank really has played well this season except for one really bad game.. I wish Avi didn't get hurt and we had both of them in the line up.

He sent him, then held him up, then sent him when the throw went wide.

I wonder if any team in MLB history has started out with six bullpen blown saves in seven tries? That's VERY hard to do with 2-3 run leads.

As I understand and from what I've seen, you get one challenge, and keep the challenge if you win it. After the 6th inning, there's no official managerial challenges, but they have tended to go to a replay anyway if the manager comes out and wants one, and it's not 100% clear.
