Real nice start for Carroll in the first two innings. Real nice movement on his pitches, really peppering the strike zone. Only 22 pitches through 2.

Even though it's 2 innings ya. Like the movement on his pitches. He's going right after guys. I'm sure his age and maturity have something to do with it.

Hope this guy turns into a fun story. Even if he turns into a long reliever, he may be able to stick.

He's not a coward and attacks the zone unlike everyone else we acquire so can't complain.

Good thing about Carroll is, his fastball isn't straight

Really impressed with movement and he is hitting 90 MPH with some pretty sick late movement. For 90 MPH that is most impressive to me even though it looks like 86.
