This is a new Gillaspie we are seeing and therefore we have to believe he will continue to hit .358 for the rest of his career. That will put him at the top of the all time batting average list (Ty Cobb was racist or something so he doesnt count). He is undoubtedly the greatest hitter of all time.

This team has no business being around .500 with the injuries it has had. Ventura deserves more credit than he's getting.

With his current situation, I think anything over 40-45 minutes.
