Sox just lead off SportsCenter by the way. Doesn't happen very often.

Noesi change up is working right now

Sox 4-1 thru 5

Belly at Dodger stadium again will be fun hopefully later in the game.

I'm sitting near dodger fans who are dying to see him brought in

Nah. Places like ESPN and Deadspin.com are constantly mentioning Hawk. Theres a reason for that(mainly being ridiculous), and hes become the idendity of the Sox. No New York announcers can come close to saying that.

Dick Enberg, Jon miller, Gary Thorne. No biggies there.. Just cus u get a few mentions on espn and deadspin doesn't make u the 2nd most well known baseball announcer

Also, the Yankees douchebag Kay gets wayyyyy more sound bites nationally with his hr calls. Seriously do u have the mlb package?

Gary Thorne is the best. Sox had him in the late-80's.

Those guys are ultimately known because they are national announcers.

Well no s***. Are they not team announcers and also well known... Possibly more well known than your 2nd most recognized baseball announcer who is known for melting down good or bad

Noesi can't be walking Drew Butera. Just get out of this and call it a night

Whew!

Get that man a win!

Solid 6 innings. Gives us a chance to win again.. Lets get a couple more runs at least so its not so easy for our bullpen to blow it

That has to be it for Noesi.

wow, Dunn making it look easy out there. I saw a guy catch a pop fly with a watermelon at Safeco the other day, I wonder if Dunn could do that.

I bet they hated him.

Hawk is essentially the identity of the Sox, or at least a major part of it. Similar to Scully and the Dodgers. Nobody really recognizes the guys you mentioned for the teams they work for, sorry.

I see Tyler homered again. It's still early but it looks like he's turned himself into a serviceable big leaguer. s***, he's probably got more homers than anybody on the Royals this season.

I wonder if Tyler has assured himself at the worst being a backup for 10 years or more. Some good money to be made if he can hit like this. He's hitting .280 with a decent on base percentage and five homers. Less than 20 RBIs.

Let's go mascot.

Baseball is a funny game. I'm not quite convinced he's anything other than a backup. He's coming from below replacement.

just saw cubs moving to CBS, so does that mean the score will drop the sox? its in the final year i believe.

all our rhb should just sit on the curve, good job from Kong there maybe he at least has some value against LHP

eaton is struggling, facing a lot of lhp lately, just like Conor has, with similiar results.

Really would be nice for Eaton to show he can hit at this level again. His numbers are now below how he performed last year. Ever since he tweaked something last week, he's been an easy out at the plate.

Cubs are moving to 780. Don't think we will get the boit. If anything it seems CBS thinks baseball is still an attractive option on the radio.

No! Not Downs!

5 hits - 4 walks - 6IP and only one run.

Walking the tight rope Noesi, jeez.
