I was wondering if this all could be a big FU to JR for the commish stuff

Why I don't think he should be safe, if they reversed the play in SF, there is no way they shouldn't have reversed this one.

@ChuckGarfien: Don't ask me to explain the home plate obstruction rule. They might as well put a swimming pool at home plate and let runners jump into it.

Ditto. This has been a problem all year long with not just plays at the plate but all replay. Nobody can tell what a call will be because they seem to be overturned and upheld almost at random.

John Danks to Bellasario, out of the fire and into the frying pan.

It's like the Jordan rules for the Sox. If a White Sox catcher blocks home plate and the runner is out , the runner shall be called safe. If the opponent of the White Sox blocks home plate and the runner is out the runner shall be ruled out.

This duo should be present at the draft next year when the Sox have a top 10 pick.

Yea, I was just thinking "I'd rather see Rodon right now then Belly"

LMAO, Michael Kay: "that what he specializes in, the double play".

Uh, pretty sure he specializes in gasoline throwing and match play.

That was a shady f***ing slide. Alexei glared at Headley.

Mike Minor no-hitting the Reds through 7.

Solid contact, right at him though.

Evens out the swinging bunt last time.

Get 'em Dariel.

Home plate ump has taken two walks away from Dunn now. Despite Hawk's claim, he has not had a good game back there.

Sigh, if only Dunn was gone as well.

Hawk says it is odd saying Sanchez at 2nd and not GB wishes him the best.

He sounded like he was in mourning.
