It's either President's Day or Abe Lincoln Day. My anxiety filled elementary school days will never allow me to forget these past blessings.

Oh yeah, I remember those now. Being in the manufacturing sector, I no longer recognize these fake holidays created by bankers and mailmen due to laziness.

I'm working tonight (10p-6a) as usual. most of the non major holidays I dont get off of work which is fine cause I will get holiday pay for the whole shift

Working till 2pm today after putting in 27 hours over the weekend supporting a financial customer's data center cut. Nothing like market data not working to get people's blood pumping.

Sounds like you need to work for a different bank!

People with kids need to have someone home when the kids are off school. Otherwise the long arm of the law gets upset.

i am extremely tired from the mardi ball on sat, and i have 1 aunt and 2 cuz over and staying with us.

i know today is a holiday and tomorrow is a state holiday, but i am going to work..... i do not like my relatives. fvvck i really could use the sleep.

Yes I am here. wha wha whaaaaa

I'm at work. The law never rests! Well, unless you're the judges, court clerks, court personnel, etc.

As a teenage high school student, I may be the sole "I never work", although I probably should

don't work until you have too, ummmm after hs graduation. enjoy the time. working is for the dogs, but a necessary evil.

No idea why, but today's one of our "company-chosen floating holidays." Not going to complain.

I get off 9 federal holidays a year or something...today is one of them...yippee skippy, been working all damn weekend anyways.

Definitely at work today. I figured everyone was except for government workers and some banks.

I've worked on every holiday, motherf***ers! Every damn one.

As a Federal employee, I was off yesterday, but we would have been closed anyway due to the "massive winter storm"
