If our offense didn't totally blow we wouldn't expect complete game shutouts from our 4 & 5 starters...

Man this is tough to watch

60 pitches...

Rodon warming up

If we have four runs, this is viewed as a much better game by Hector.

He's pitched fine. This offense sucks.

I repeat, RODON WARMING UP

Our guys really suck at working counts.

Starting pitching has dominated the Sox this year

He has had a fine game so far. If he goes another inning it is a good outing

I was hoping last night's comeback would wake up the offense. Hopefully they at least show up for one half-inning here eventually. I don't know if it's effort, lack of scouting, or just no game plan offensively but we just look lost throughout the lineup which makes me think it's coaching/management.

Why does this matter?

In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter too much, it's just rare and funny to see a team with so many guys in the 100s and low 200s

Everyone is just hacking away. I know he has good stuff but there are pitches you shouldn't swing at, guys.

I repeat, RODON WARMING UP

Bring him in.

I guess getting Viciedo out of the lineup hasn't really improved things unfortunately.

5.1 IP, 2 R... Noesi looks pretty good

Outside of Qs start Sunday we've been pitching a lot better. Hitting needs to catch up so we can go on a good winning streak

What's Francona complaining about

Not scoring in the inning we had first and second nobody out is the killer tonight. Sox still playing bad baseball.

Here comes the bad inning....

Two softly hit singles, come on Hector, we need you to get out of this.

Stick that in your pocket, Conor.

I would not let Noesi face Santana.

If you are warming up Rodon and they have 3 lefties to start the inning, then bring him in!
