Webb makes Carter look silly.

Looked very very generous. I'll take it

Well, if Abreu's out tomorrow, hopefully they can DH Avi

finger issue for Abreu it appears. probably injured it on that blooper earlier in the game.

That's the guy they thought could close full time.

Supposedly Avi is playing tomorrow regardless.

Eaton with a really strange AB.

Guess we don't know how much the personal issues affected Webb last year with his mother's passing.

Didn't realize gregerson went to xavs

Avi is the type of guy that will fight you if you mention the DL. I still think he needs more time off from what I hear. The kid is so hungry.

He's had arm issues as well.

Looks like it hit the ground

I disagree with your second paragraph. GM hit the jackpot with Robertson and Beckham and maybe Duke. Verdict not so positive on Melky and LaRoche and Boni. Many on here know I despised Dunn but I see little difference between he and LaRoche. Dunn actually might be, gulp, better, if he signed on for one year at 2 mill a year.

That was the point Greg. You have to agree with one of those 2 sentences because they contradict each other. If the GM put plenty of talent on the field then for them to all be this bad then the coaches did a terrible job. If the Coaches did a fine job, then the GM spent $50 million to put a terrible team on the field.

And this organization has proven they listen more to the player than to the doctor, at least with position players

Abreu will play, this management has convinced me that's how they work. Play until its torn.

Seems like a ton of ground outs to 1st tonight

Good point. I don't dispute you know your baseball, I just don't always agree with you.

Perkins just gave up two run homer to teammate of last season Collabelo in the top of the 9th. Ouch.

4-1 lead now 6-4 deficit, time in first might be short-lived.

I don't mind it with him. Look at his recovery last year. I posted that I heard he was coming back and he was right there. Guy is an animal. Transformed his body in the offseason too. We need dedication like that.

Basically...this season continues like this, either the GM or the coaching staff should fall on their sword. I won't complain about either, I won't complain about both, but someone f***ed up seriously.

I'm not in the mood for a walkoff loss. But I fear one is coming cause Sox offense is so challenged.

Cmon Sox, battle.

Let's win a game tonight. Man on first.

And it's Abreu-less now on top of that.
