I really don't like that we set ourselves up to have to burn a pinch hitter in an NL/no DH game for the 2nd spot in the lineup. There's the downside of putting Saladino 2nd rather than towards the bottom of the order. Gotta do it, but if we don't score this run that really knocks out a useful bench body.

 

Yep, feel the same way. And Emilio will have to play 3B so we don't waste another player if we don't score

Well, win or lose it's been an efficient baseball game so far for the Sox. They got the run in.

Well, don't shoot the messenger, but how many games have we won like this, this year? A simple 1-0 win where we had good defense and manufactured the only run. I'd venture to say none.

Maybe a reverse jinx is in order here, but a clean 1-0 win seems out of the ordinary for the White Sox 2015.

The bench is fine. There's a reason we sent down a pitcher for a position player 3 days before the asb in a NL park.
