Should be an easy yes as of now. But we'll see.

has anyone spotted EJ in Boston? He's got to be there right?

Yes. But it's Fenway. Could be a long evening. An 11-9 type win again??

He doesnt suck like John Danks

He's going to start. If he is traded, the White Sox are holding him until the end of the month.

I hope he dominates but if those lefties in their lineup lift and pull, Shark will be in trouble.

The Red Sox are the worst team in the AL. Their lefties are going to struggle to lift and pull a splitter from shark.

I'm sure EJ is with the team right now. But Shark starts.

Good. I want another W.

Yes, you start him tonight, and also every five games after tonight through the end of the season.

I reluctantly vote yes, because we've sat on our hands and have forced ourselves to. Hopefully Shark pitches a great game, maintains whatever trade value he still has left

I would love to know if Erik Johnson is traveling with the team or not.

The Shark needs to stay in a Sox uniform.

LoL

Because the Sox swept the last place Indians & took the first game in a series against the last place Red Sox?

Like it or not, the Sox are in this thing.

If you call a 5% chance of making a one game playoff "in this thing".

It's more like 9% now, and I have very little confidence that Minnesota will finish above .500. TB and Detroit (without Miggy) both suck. That leaves us 1.5 GB of the Jays (who have no pitching) and the Orioles who are equally as flawed as the Sox. They have as good of a shot as anyone outside of MN, who is probably the worst team of the bunch.

However, If the Sox lose 3 in a row here (or maybe even 2/3), I would agree with you, they should trade Shark if the offer is right (which in my mind is a near ML ready impact bat at a premium position). But if those offers were on the table, he would have been traded weeks ago.
