Right on! Right on! I'm going to the game tomorrow. C'mon Danks!!!

Rodon is developing nicely. He's more efficient and working his change.

Sooooooo glad he's learning at the MLB level. What an absolute developmental stagnation it would have been to leave him in AAA. Imagine if he was dominating AAA junk players all year never knowing how much better he would have to be. Hats off to the White Sox once again for having the foresight to bring him up when they did and to not listen to the knee-jerk media when he struggled a bit at first. Whew!

Nice win. Another extra inning win.

Five under .500.

According to Stat Cast the HR by Thompson had an Exit Velocity of 111.6 MPH off the bat which is the highest for any Sox player this year on a HR.

Trayce is must watch territory for me right now

Missed the game last night so I just finished catching the highlights. The Sox really need to get Trayce's bat in the lineup every day for the rest of the season to get more of an idea of what he has to offer at the big league level. His defense, speed and XBH potential would certainly help this lineup.

Rodon looked good but I noticed he only threw 66 of his 116 pitches for strikes. Was he a tad off or have a rough inning?

Yep. Time for LaRoche to become the bench bat that he is and move Avi to DH with Trayce playing RF.

The best part of this game was the rally to tie it in the 9th. No matter what people think of Robin, and the teams chances of doing anything important this year, this team has never quit.

My favorite thing about Rodon is when he is in a jam I think " well he can just throw a bunch of sliders and get out of it"...and that happens.

Rodon is pretty special. Can't wait to see what he does with 30 or more starts next year.

Last 8 starts for Sale and Rodon, both have 5 quality starts, Sox are 5-3 in their starts, and Rodon has a 4.27 ERA, and Sale has a 4.50 ERA.

Its pretty clear that Trayce should start against every lefty going forward. He's good enough in the field to get a few starts against righties too.
