This is hard to watch. A ton of terrible pitches, then a fastball up in the zone and right down the middle. We can't do anything.

Alright 5 games in and the offense really hasn't done anything yet except for one 9th inning run where a reliever was left out there to die... maybe time to shake things up. Maybe the Melky-Avi combo should be broken up? Maybe Abreu batting 2nd? This offense really isn't appreciably different than the one I saw last year.

If we win 2 of 3 this series we'll all be very happy.
