Avi could be playing everyday in AAA. He's still young with options.

He's playing almost every day in the majors, which is better for him developmentally than AAA. That said, it's not necessarily the best thing for the Sox.

That cutter's moving today.

Not sure how Nunez missed that pitch

It's hard to hit when it's not straight.

0! Sox win!!!

Masterful work by Robertson for his third save. 5-2 baby!!!!

Big win for the Sox. These are games they lose the last few years. They are starting to battle every at bat and every game. This team needed a good start.

There are no small victories. Go Sox

Sox win!

Holla. Nice to ruin their home opener this time.

Robertson didn't go with the knee high socks...new trend's working out so far.

Twins are also 0-7 to start the year. Let's enjoy that while we can.

High socks Robertson gets it done

Nice!

Given the way that the Twins played the Sox last season, this was a nice way to set the tone for the series. Hopefully they can do the same with KC this year.

I hope this was every bit as demoralizing for Minnesota fans as the crap I watched last year in Chicago.

Sox win 4-1 winning at Oakland and Minn is very nice way too start the year.

Listening to Austin Jackson interview. New fav player.

I had no faith in them winning today and they wound up making it look easy. Nice win.

Had to have been. Between the momentum killing-double plays, the error that led to the difference-making two-run two-out hit by Jackson (that was itself preceded by a near-grand slam, so you'd have to be feeling some type of relief as a Twins fan), and the general inability to convert nearly any offensive opportunity, 0-7 would feel like a tough pill to swallow. Conversely, the schadenfreude is gonna have me euphoric for the next couple of days! Hope Rodon/Latos can pitch up to their opening performances and take the series!

Yeah, I think I'm really going to like him from what I've seen so far.

And now an off day

How bad would you feel as a Twins fan right now?

If he keeps hitting like this, yeah. And if he can hit like he did in Detroit, then hell yeah.
