Danks looks really skinny to me. He never was big, but looks like he lost a few pounds.

That comes with the lack of OBP (still) with this team. Eaton and Avila have the best eye of the strike zone, but only one of them is actually good.

Danks is at 80 pitches. If he goes 8 IP with 4 ER, he kept the team in the game and gave them innings, it's not a terrible start for a 5th starter.

 

I was going to say this too. Even at 6 1/3 he wasn't all that bad today

Home plate ump blows

Really wish Robin ran more with this team. Melky for example can easily be a 10-20 SB guy here. Hell, Rizzo is up there with the Cubs and I'd argue at least 6-7 guys in our lineup are faster and/or have bether technique.
