We've certainly never seen our offense look bad through six innings! - said by the fans that say the same thing every day around this time

Looks like a struggle to beat 15k tonight. What happened to the Red Sox invading our stadium?

Bit upset here seeing Bychol suddenly find his groove when pitching against the Sox

He won't survive the 7th. No one ever does.

Had a chance to really get to him but Jackson hit into that DP. Been real good since

Abreu hits a home run in the 1st and I bet everyone though we were going to score some runs tonight against Buchholz. I know I did

Buchholz had a sub 4 ERA last year.

Seems that he's incredibly streaky. One year, he's very good, the next, you wonder how long the Red Sox can keep throwing him out there as a starter before they have to Danksecute him.

It's like 40 degrees on a Wednesday night, only the Cubs could pack the house probably

96 mph

The Sox do this every single game. They get an early lead, either hold it or lose it, then tack on a couple late runs. They do this almost like clockwork.

Rodon pitches better when he's angry. Someone should piss him off before games.

I thought so because Bucky has struggled

2 out walk

That outside corner agains RHP just doesn't exist this game

Sure looked like strike 3

This ump sucks. Not really the cause of the score but irritation

Fire that security guard

Holy crap this ump straight up sucks

I did think we were going to blast them tonite. But for our offense it's still early

Is Bychol a new remedy for monthly "feminine issues," lol?

Well, one thing about our late scoring offense...it makes for more exciting games. Typically, the "old" White Sox teams would pile up a big early burst and then let up on the gas and gradually let the opponent back into the game. This is kind of the opposite. At least it's DIFFERENT.

Or that 2005/06 offense that seemed to jump out to early leads.

Putnam warming

QS

6 IP 3er vs a good offense. He's learning how to pitch

I saw online where someone compared the Cubs to UCONN women's basketball, how unfair it was for the rest of the National League.

They're getting just a tad BIT cocky these days...which will make their eventual comeuppance sweeter, at least.
