Shields will fix it

QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ May 30, 2016 -> 02:25 PM)
Has he even hit a ball to the track this year?

It's May 30th and a solo shot would have increased his RBI total by 50%. That pretty much says it all on what Avila brings to the plate outside of the occasional walk.

Rollins, Avila, and Sands basically serve no purpose on our roster. Everything good thing they do can be done, even more efficiently, by somebody else.

Albers in another high leverage situation. Though at this point it doesn't matter.

Wasn't that rumor debunked yet?

I just realized I'm getting physically nauseous watching this team lately. Feels like this streak will never end

Jose Quintana's run support his last 4 games: 1 run, 1 run, 1 run, no runs.

#WhiteSoxTalk

Who pinch hits leading off the 9th for us? The great Jerry Sands? Avisail Garcia? Navarro?

Sac bunting leading to no runs.

Of course, inevitably the next half inning leads to a run for the opposition after Frazier and Shuck can't come through.

Addison Reed dominating the White Sox.

What else can go wrong?

We already got Matt Harvey back on track, might as well do the same thing for Familia.

Poor Jose Quintana is back into his old pattern of pitching like an ace and having nothing at all to show for it.

This is why I thought this team was fools gold to start the year. We weren't scoring enough runs to sustain things. This is a .500 ballclub maybe worse. Right now we look like a last place team with our offense.

How pathetic is it when Quintana needs to throw a shutout just to get a ND.

It will be Avi, but why not Saladino? Was he already used at some point?

Mets closer has sucked lately it will be a 1-2-3 and over.

Nope, sitting on the bench when he should be starting.

Of course the White Sox bullpen finally manages NOT to give up a run when they don't have a lead to protect...

It doesn't matter anymore, but Robin just pulled Albers with 2 outs for Duke to come in...against Neil Walker.

Walker hits .258 against RHP, .324 against LHP.

Someone explain the logic?

Like I said...it pretty obvious he doesnt care for statistics. He just ignores them and pulls the plan out of his butt.

At least Albers didn't implode.

And if we are somehow able to tie it in the 9th and go into extras, he's just burned two pitchers to get 3 outs.

We can relate to that.

Clint Hurdle benched him against all LHP in the last couple of seasons.

If you look at Walker's career splits, he was pretty terrible (against southpaws) until all of a sudden everything clicking this season.

Sample size.
