Both teams terribly frustrated and at wit's end trying to figure out what happened to their teams.

 

You've got Lawrie and then Ventura, after getting absolutely rocked tonight, pitching Sunday (and pitching frustrated/angry/emotional). Royals have seen a first place lead of 1 1/2 turn into 3 games back. White Sox will have lost 19 out of 25 games.

 

It's almost like the opposite of the 2010 run in the May/June that season that put us right back into the race.

It's like the pitching coach went out there and said "Dude, these guys suck. Just pitch the ball and they will get themselves out."
