White Sox practically have an entirely new roster, yet somehow they have preformed the same way as last year.

 

How many times have we seem the same offensive play over the past two years? Very evident that coaching has more to do with a baseball team than some think.

 

It's the scouting. At this level there's few coaches with magic wands or players willing to change their approach. Plus I think it has to do with the Cell. It's not a place that screams situational hitting. IMO it's a psychological think.
