Why is Avi still a thing? He missed that by a foot.

Whatever you were swatting at Avi. Just go to AAA for awhile and try to work on some thing positive.

Man.. Avi is terrible

Gibson doesn't strike out many people yet has 3 so far. Adjustments please.

This hack is just down right embarrassing us right now.

4, and already has 8-10 swings and misses

I wiill have absolutely no confidence if Avi is stil on this roster at the end of the week. He is so bad.

Is it shocking? This team isn't a good hitting team. They always struggle against bad pitchers. Bruce Chen is one that comes to mind. He was awful but Cy Young against the Sox

Seeing Buxton struggle like this...the Twins' equivalent of watching Jon Rauch go from top prospect to nothing after the labrum surgery.

Q does a good job of stranding the runner. Gibson's been pretty good against the White Sox in his career, don't want them to get ahead 2-0 and start thinking negative thoughts of another "start that got away" for Jose.

That at bat by Garcia was pathetic

He's just clueless. He really doesn't do anything well.

Avi isn't going anywhere as long as Hahn is the GM.

I'm enjoying Anderson on defense.

It is a little bc if they can't hit these awful pitchers then it's time to make a change in the hitting coach or personnel.

I'm hoping the second time through the order the sox will not keep swinging and missing at the changeup

Yep, giving up on Avi means another "failure" by the Sox front office.

They cut guys like Latos/Rollins/Danks (not on Hahn), Bonifacio, Downs and Keppinger loose early, but Avi's been promoted from the very beginning as a key component of the retooling and definitely a part of the young core.

He's fast!

Anderson will beat out a lot of throws with his speed

Speed

Anderson's got some wheels.

I love speed!!

Why wouldn't Eaton lay a sacrifice down there?

No clue why Abreu can't adjust to that inside sinker off the plate. Just needs to let it go.
