Looks like Fister is having a much better go of things than last year. Not his best year, but pitching strong. Instantly noticing from his numbers that his walk rate is the worst of his career, that looks like the thing that's keeping him from having a great season so far.

I've always liked Fister. I wanted the Sox to get him.

I wanted to the Sox to sign him strictly for the jokes honestly

fister/Fliers...getting a lot of mileage out of those 2 #4/5 pitchers. Their staff is about that, now that Dallas K isn't pitching like an ace.

Their whole team is really the 3 young stud hitters, plus slightly above average players around them and, at least this year, a strong pen.

It seems to be working

This lineup is a joke. Navarro as DH? Good thing Hahn has let this crapfest go on for so long. Abreu has been beyond awful since missing a game due to injury

Jose "GIDP" Abreu. So many double plays the last few games. Also, he seems to start the count 0-2 a lot recently.

He still doesn't understand what the scouting report against him is. So easy to pitch him inside and know he's going to swing and not do damage.

WTF.....is Navarro blind, then he gets back to the dugout and is laughing about it. I'm am oldster and if Al Lopez was managing and it was in the 1950s Navarro would be sitting on the bench for 2 weeks besides being fined.

That's the annoying part of the shifts, Anderson looked to have a hit, but instead just a ground out.

Hawk about to say something dumb about Avi's defense.

Abreu gassed by 87 mph fastball. Wonder if he's hurt as he looks incredibly lethargic over the last week.
