If this is true--and it sounds pretty reasonable--Paul Konerko, the man that helped carry this team to its first World Championship in 88 years, will be re-joining our belov'ed Pale Hose with serious protection in the form of Jim Thome. I can't still smiling right now. This is so freaking huge. And...for what it's worth...if Paulie re-signs with the Sox, he will have earned the title of my favorite current White Sox.
