“The 78” + "The Railyard" = the future of the Sox and Fire
Where is your factual backup for their being anything more than a 10-15% over lap? This is not JR and Sons here. There really wasn't as much of a connection until recently when Justin backstopped his brother's company (UWM) as it was completely nosediving.

Bwahahaha, yes both brothers will be their own men and completely ignore their father’s advice or each others’ when all three are invested in the same entities. Comparing a dead owner to his inheriting parties doesn’t work in this scenario. They will all collaborate and decide on what is in their mutual best interests to make money. The team winning is a part of that.

has that been true of Tigers' spending after Ilich Sr. died? Lakers/Buss younger siblings? Yankees/Steinbrenner family? We do know that Justin is much much smarter about investing than Mat. And much more well diversified. Less than 10% exposure to UWM/mortgage company He's going to be his own man...regardless.

They are all intertwined on investments. You realize this, right? A decision by one Ishbia is one and the same as all of their decisions — Father, Son, and Son. Don’t be a clueless cuck from Chy-Nuh all your life…

his brother did that in Phoenix

MLB baseball is a business. Ishbia isn’t stupid and knows that a new stadium automatically brings the fans to the park initially. The urban renewal will go along with where the new ballpark is located, because it will be the hot new place to be. But the team will still have to win, as the new ballpark vibes will wear off quickly. But that’s why I do think Ishbia will spend, and much more then Jerry ever did. Ishbia isn’t stupid. This isn’t his first rodeo, and he had concessions prices for Phoenix Suns games way lower than what I have paid at Bulls and Sox games. Basically, I really can’t see how Ishbia could do worse than one of the worst owners in MLB and NBA history outside of lucking into Jordan and one fluky baseball season.

CLEVELAND — The first time Petey Halpin played at Progressive Field, the ballpark was practically empty. Little did he know that one day, that same ballpark would be jam-packed and chanting his name in October. Exactly 2,659 days before Halpin launched a go-ahead, two-run homer to help the Cleveland Guardians inch closer to the World Series with a 3-2 victory on Thursday in ALCS Game 3, he was a talented teenager chasing his big-league dreams. He had just turned 17 and was invited to play in MLB's High School All-Star Game leading up to the Midsummer Classic in Cleveland in 2019. While the big-league club was across the state taking on the Reds, 40 of the best prep prospects in the country gathered on Cleveland's home turf to play a seven-inning scrimmage in front of scattered groups of friends and family, plus a contingent of amateur scouts. The outfield seats and upper decks were entirely unoccupied. yahoo.com/sports- The Official Scoreboard watching thread

As bad as the Dodgers offense have been this series, their pitching has actually been worse. Outside of game 1, I don't think their pitchers did much right.- The Official Scoreboard watching thread

Wasn't Bob Eucker kind of the ultimate nerd? But former player/jock/struggle of a career. His self deprecating humor more universally appreciated... Whereas people starting saying Benetti was too ambitious or getting too big for his britches because he was hemmed in by Stone as a partner and wanted other outlets/more diversified career. Isn't improvement as a broadcaster a desirable trait?- What's next?...

In that context it becomes worth asking if Bonmer would be worth a trip to the ALCS or WS.- What's next?...
you could see this even five or six years ago when he was doing obscure college fb games like Appalachian State putting the work in and earning respect for his crazy work schedule throughout the year then all the college basketball mostly Midwest/B10- What's next?...
I didn't like Benetti as a broadcaster because he leaned way too much into being a zany 80s sitcom reference machine. Yet you keep thinking it's because he's some intellectual mastermind. By the way, what are you still doing here, aren't you busy running the world or whatever grand delusion of self importance you were spouting off about? I'm sure Elon and Zuck are eagerly awaiting your phone call for next steps in the world domination plot that you're apparently involved in.- What's next?...
