1)I was afraid of a letdown after the last 2 series. The team looked flat. 2) After getting the first 2 runners on in the 7th inning with nobody out I thought Braden Montgomery would bunt and sacrifice the runners. Maybe he doesn't know how to bunt.

Sunday rain out would be ideal. Game woudl likely be made up September 28 or, better yet, would just be canceled as there is no significance to it.

You don’t want a rain out with the Mets because then you’re playing a double header. I haven’t looked at the Rangers schedule but if one of those is a rainout then you’re, at best, losing your Thursday off day or a double header. Only three off days left in the season.

They hit some rockets in the first 4 or so innings that were right at people. It was bad luck at first, and then they just kind of sucked in the later part.

Team seems really tired right now. With no break until next Thursday unless they get a rain out, which to me, wouldn't be a bad thing.

It's primarily a quality of contact metric (EV and LA) and more location neutral. Riley's double was hard hit but had more hangtime, and a higher angle hit to the OF will be caught more often than a low liner at 105mph.
