Dump or not I have to say I envy you. I always wanted to experience being at those old stadiums like Ebbet Field, Polo Grounds and Connie Mack Stadium. At least the stands at Connie Mack didn't collapse like Philadelphia's Baker Bowl did.

Actor John C Reilly grew up on the Southside and is a Sox fan.

Probably not Hall of Fame worthy but he seemed to be improving every year. If he had not been banned, he might have been come close to making the Hall. He lived out the rest of his life on the Southside and wrote to all the baseball commissioners asking to be reinstated.

It would be great if he spoke with a Chicago accent like Dennis Farina or Mayor Richard J Daley.

Our new Pope is a Cubs fan. God help us.
