So the Sox have six MLB starters going forward and need to identify a couple more. Sounds like Sean Burke is in the mix and, I forgot the other guy who has pitched a time or two. Anything less would be irresponsible. We all hope things are looking up now.

These were the years I started learning about the game courtesy of Jack Brickhouse and Ernie Harwell. Nicholson was worse than Daniel Palka. The Sox had everything but hitting and usually beat the Tigers who had hitting and not much else. At age 9 I understood that Nicholson was barely a one-tool guy. Dave Kingman lite.

Four months off can't throw but not worried. Sounds like a great plan. Players need to be monitored better than this.
