Adam Engel likely non-tender
I heard this at Portillo's the other day. Adam teased us just enough over the years but he is kind of broken down at this point. He will bounce around AAA before catching on with the grounds crew in Tuscaloosa.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
Not all teams improve when they spend money. Sox are poor sisters of the Angels.

Pedro says no more music video babes in the clubhouse.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
I see a problem with less dads raising their kids to be lefthand hitters. Not since Gavin's dad retired and video games came along.

Abreu return? Zero percent chance
Pulling for Andrew to enter plus-war with that gold 1B glove.

Abreu return? Zero percent chance
Jose might have had has fill of the Sox Latin gang of underachievers. No mas.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
Sox went missing from the new top ten. Their playoff will be opening day at Houston March 30 on ESPN. Luis Robert is penciled into the lineup. See if you can guess the lineup. I have Elvis Andrus at 2B.

AJ Pollock declines option, becomes FA
He might have said from the start he would go back west after one season.

AJ Pollock declines option, becomes FA
Sox say goodbye to two mediocre talents, plus Jose Vince and likely Engel. They will have about five or more open spots. The have a chance to improve and give some young guys a chance. I would invite Elvis and Jhonny back. The locker room must suck for AJ to walk.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
Vaughn has played first and did not ace the audition. However Gavin's dad will be hitting him grounders this winter so his ceiling is significant. His streaky hitting is also somewhat of an issue as well as second-half fatigue. People have pondered his conditioning. Yet he is one of the Sox go-to guys it seems. I like Vaughn but let's not talk him into being an MVP.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
I like paying millions for the veteran relievers who cannot stay healthy for very long.

The State of the Sox...
It was those 25 cent beer nights that ruined Tony.

The State of the Sox...
Congrats to Tony LaRussa = Manager Of The Year.

Sox picking up TA option
Jose Josh Vince Elvis Cueto are now free agents. I would keep Elvis and Cueto.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
Vaughn is the only one I recall with four-hit games, however I think he has reached his potential and he is fairly one-dimensional.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
Replacing Jose with Vaughn is a bit of a downgrade but I can see clearing the old vet with the young cost-controlled guy. Grifol talking to Grandal leaves me wondering. It seems clear Grandal does not have much left in the tank.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
The hilarity is having a weak offense with all the DH's and little LH pop. They get an F in roster construction.

2022 World Series - Phillies/Astros
In three months or so we will be talking spring training after Feb 12 Super Bowl. Go Bills.

2022 World Series - Phillies/Astros
Another asterisk on the board.

Your 2023 Off-Season Plan
We have a comfort level with Elvis that does not involve Josh plus there are a number of other infield candidates not named Leury. Spots taken by Engel and Josh need to be upgraded by legit MLB talent esp if two spots are going to Leury and Sheets not to mention old grandad. They might have room for three new faces and they better be good.

Where will Eloy play in 23?
Oscar is one the few things we have to look forward to along with the new field general. God forbid if Colas and Luis play like stars next year.

Tosar hired as Hitting Coach
Everybody follows the Royals. Better than the Sox.

Pedro Grifol named White Sox manager; Katz asked to return per Rosey
Ironic with all the DHs they are short on lefty offensive beef along with the concrete gloves. Kind of amazing. That should be on Hahn Solo's resume.

Pedro Grifol named White Sox manager; Katz asked to return per Rosey
I think the wild card in this will be Pedro mentoring Yo and Looie.

Crick/Haseley outrighted
We kept hearing but not seeing good things about Haseley. They might take him back.
