Why is there no TA tonight?

I realize teams aren't looking to trade yet I'm just saying this team is realistically a couple players away from a legit run at a WS. I want to see them be aggressive in going after what they need to make that happen.

You just can't waste great outings from your starters like they got today. Ruiz needs to be DFA. They need another solid bat and another solid bullpen arm. They can't just wait for Robert and Jiminez to get back and hope all will be well.

Lynn has been great so far this season. He is just the ultimate workhorse out there. Gives you innings and always keeps you in the game.

Seriously now if Vaughn keeps hitting and Mercedes as well what do you do with Eloy when he returns?

This team is clearly another arm and another bat away from truly contending for a WS. It's up to JR to let Hahn go out and do what it takes to get that done.

Why is Ruiz even in this game? After today he better be gone.

I have a strong feeling TLR will be his own undoing.

In fact sometimes something like this really unifies the players and they are like we are going to win this thing in spite of the manager.

The Sox players know TLR is a senile old man with cognitive loss from all the years of drinking. They don't need to like him to win. I have been on winning teams where we all hated our coach. As long as the players stick together they can be a winning team. It is when you have different groups within a team pulling in different directions that the trouble starts.

Who even keeps track of stuff like this?

This is not a big deal. The players know TLR for who and what he is. An old man from the old school who they just have to put up with.

Great comeback win. Wins like this show a lot about the character of your ball club.

It is going to be a grind for this team all season. No one is running away with the AL Central.

I was afraid how this series was setting up with KC losing all those games in a row. Have to split the series tomorrow. Have to avoid any kind of prolonged losing streak.

It didn't look like Jose took a direct hit to the head. I'm sure they are checking him for a concussion. Thank goodness he is a big guy and could absorb the contact better than someone smaller. Best case he is just very sore and misses 2 or 3 games.

Yea they are awful. I don't see them being a threat to the Central title. Right now it looks like the Indians and Sox.

It is legit exciting to see the improvement in Cease. He looks so relaxed and confident.

Sox are in first and nobody is running away with this Division. To make a panic move now is insane. Engel will be back in a couple weeks and solve a lot of issues. Vaughn is not a disaster in left and is starting to get dialed in at the plate. They will most likely have Robert back for the last month of the season and just maybe Eloy as well.

Yea he and Len are not a good match at all.

I agree with just leaving Vaughn in for the entire game until he shows you he is a true defensive liability. He should not be replaced before the 9th.

Stone is the best. Benetti is ok but he always tries to be too cute and funny with his comments.
