Same. Hopefully the Bears act quickly on Fisher or Duane Brown. Unless the whole world is wrong on Tevin Jenkins potential as a LT, I can't imagine the bears go into the season without one of those two.
-
Watson to the Browns sooooooo.....Armstead to the Bears??? Make it happen and hope for health.

I think its tough to really judge Pringle when he played on a team with so much talent. He was on a team with a top 3 WR and TE just eating up a ton of targets. I posted a link to a tweet that said he had the 2nd highest ranking in the whole league as far as QBR goes when the ball was thrown his way....Argument could be made thats because he was facing lesser corners but we'll see. Seeing what the "Top teir WR" got, idk that i want them playing in that market. I really think they want Armstead and thats been the hold up on the OL. If he ends up staying in NOLA there are still a handful of LTs out there.

I mentioned being down with Pringle at the top of this page. Think there's some upside there. On a team that has Hill and Kelce getting the volume of targets they got and also having other guys like Robinson and Harmon, its hard to put up big numbers. I think he has #2 potential. If Mooney can take another step and they hit on an early draft pick, the WR room could be halfway decent. I think I might take a chance on Sammy Watkins now too.

I tend to agree. I'm not quite sure why, but I think I'd be ok with giving Jenkins and Borum both starting jobs. Not sure id be ok with either at LT though, and that's why I wonder if Collins can play LT. Looks like people in Dallas think he can. Collins-Whitehair-Patrick-Borum-Jenkins could be alright. Left side should be solid and the right side has potential. Maybe add another highish pick that can play guard if neither Jenkins or Borum are that guy.
-
La'el Collins just got released. Can he play LT? All I've read is he's left handed which makes him a natural LT like he played in college. I feel like RT should be a competition between Jenkins and Borum.

Yeah I suppose that's possible. Hopefully the Falcons step up and get Watson. I don't know if Watson/Armstead are a package everywhere or just NOLA. As far as wide receiver goes. I want to want OBJ so bad. Landry makes sense. Grabbing a few mid teir guys like JuJu, MVS, Pringle, etc etc and a WR in the 2nd also makes sense.....Love the fact the Fields and Mooney are working out together and I think he could make a step.
-
As for WR. I love the That's what I think too, but man, how are the saints gonna clear the cap? They already have to clear 5M just to get Watson.
-
I feel like the Bears are just waiting on the Armstead domino to fall. Obviously there's more to be added than just him, but I think a lot depends on whether or not they can land him.
-
That seem incredibly cheap. I don't know who else is out there but if that's the price on the trade market, count me in. Landry off the market now? Brandin Cooks?
-
12ish I believe.
-
Ya this team, particularly on the defensive side of the ball, needs the shot in the arm that Ball, Caruso, and Williams should bring. That's gonna be huge.
-
Whyyyyy can't I bet on the bulls?? On Caesars in Indiana?
-
I wonder just how much Zion would cost in a trade. I actually think he'd be a pretty good fit. He's kinda the ultimate wild card right now. If he gets himself motivated and healthy, he turns this team into a SERIOUS contender. You think Coby, Williams, and the Portland pick gets him? Would you do that for a shot at adding a guy with MVP potential or is the risk too high?
-
Ope. My bad. Regardless, dudes good good right now.
-
I thought he was out for the season for some reason, but yeah, this seems to be the case. If Simmons keeps playing the way he has since the trade, Simmons and Dame could be better than Dame and CJ. Simmons had arrived and looks like a stud. Josh Hart has also been putting up better numbers than CJ ever has. They lack depth, but if they can roll out a healthy Dame, Simmons, Hart, and Nurkic they're gonna be a tough out.
-
I think a lot depends on injuries yes. Is there a chance Dame comes back? Even if he doesn't I still really like them if AD and Kawaii are out. Their "Big 3" is better than anything in LA.

I've been dying to talk some NBA, so I'll throw this out there..... Portland, winners of 4 straight, has had the toughest schedule in the NBA so far and now have the 3rd easiest schedule in the NBA the rest of the way. I kinda gave up on that pick for this year, but man, it still seems completely possible they can work their way into the playoffs. Simmons, Nurkic, and Hart are all good players and matched up with an easy schedule, they could go on a run.
-
Not having to use the BAE woulda been nice, but I get it, TT is actually a solid NBA player. If the Bulls play their cards right in the off-season, they won't need it. Lonzo is "Rehabbing" and Caruso was cleared for some contact. It'd be really nice if they get both those guys AND PW back by the end of March. Adding those 3 along with Thompson is really gonna give them the added punch they need defensively.
-
FWIW in 9 games Tristan Thompson has held Embiid to "Just" 23/9. Harden could have a tough time with guards the Bulls can throw at him. I also think them losing Seth is gonna be an issue. That 2nd Philly game, Troy Brown, Malcolm Hill, and Matt Thomas combined for 78 minutes played because there was no Lavine/Coby/Ball/Caruso. Vuc wasn't playing like he's playing now in the first game against Philly
-
Portland has won 4 straight(beating Memphis and the Bucks btw) since trading off CJ/Powell/ Covington. Right now they're the 10 seed and in the play in tournament. How nice would it be if they snuck into the playoffs and the Bulls get the 15th pick in the draft?
-
Fun fact .. over the past month, DDR leads the league in scoring and Vuc leads the league in rebounding.
-
I've been fooled by looking at per 36 before when it came to Alize(boy was I wrong on him), but Moses Brown looks mildly interesting. His per 36 for his career is almost 15/15. Last year in just 20 minutes per game he averaged nearly 9/9. He's certainly of interest to me.
-
We've all heard stories about Tristan Thompson off the court, but how is he as a teammate? This team just seems to gel so well that I'd hate to see a "Bad teammate" come in and disrupt the chemistry. He's the obvious target should he hit the market.
