Get Taylor through the 8th then throw up The Rubber Arm Signal to the pen.

Edgar is actually a decent PH option against lefties. Edgar was one of their better hitters last year. He struggled this year but you could see him starting to turn the corner before they sent him down.

Teel is about to murder someone in the dugout. Guy needs to relax and let the game come to him.

How much was before he settled into his role now where he's mostly been an Opener? Throws a lot of innings in his outings now.

Until the first one he had given up this year, he hadnt allowed one since High A or Double A.

Im guessing they're hoping to get another run or two then have Rubber Arm close it out.

Peters is just a doubles machine.

Braden is surprisingly slow out of the box. He never beats out infield singles from either side of the box.

Had that one last night too. He is just so much better at staying closed against lefties.

Ya i think that's a deceptive stat. Id be interested to know where they would be without those factored in.

He is way too amped up every AB. Its like he's trying to make up for the whole season in one swing.

“The 78” + "The Railyard" = the future of the Sox and Fire
Sox.

“The 78” + "The Railyard" = the future of the Sox and Fire
It always felt like there was a nice pocket of Sox fans there. If anything it always felt 50/50 at best if not more towards 70/30 Sox. That's mostly just personal experience though.

It should probably stay somewhere around where it is now. They arent going to draw 45k a night. Better to have it smaller and full then large and partially empty.

Personal antidote; I grew up in Wheaton and went to Wheaton Warrenville South and everyone of our large extended friend group except one guy were Sox fans.

He then went on to say after that he couldn't miss barrels. But ya they aren't removing him unless Getz makes that decision.

Colson has been good the last week. He has come out of his slump.

9/3, Sox at Astros, 1:10 PM CT. Castillo vs Brown
Another extra base hit for the Astros with an XBA of .070. Both the home run and double had XBA of 0.70. Pop ups most places.
