And there's another shank that falls. Two singles both under 75 mph.

They are basically middle of the pack in pitching. Bullpen has been fantastic. Development from guys like Hagen and McDougal were stunted by injuries. The only one who has really taken a real step back has been Oppor. At the major league level, Burke and Martin took steps forward even if the last few weeks have been up and down. They rolled into the season with Kay and Feede as major parts of the rotation. And Fedde has been awful everywhere but here.

Dont think thats even remotely true. Who deserves to be fired?

Mike Shirley is out. That's interesting.

Taylor was up every game in the pirates series I believe. At least the last two.

They have 8 hits, five walks, and a HBP.

They’ve had 14 base runners through 6 innings and have only scored 2 runs on 2 solo home runs. Almost unbelievable if you weren’t watching it for yourself.

They have guys who are capable any night of shutting an offense down. Hasn’t worked out for them all year but to look down on the talent is dumb.

They have a pretty good offense.

Not even a bad pitch. Tip your cap.

They haven’t stung many but when they have it’s been at guys or they hang up long enough.

Just can’t get the big hit lately. Frustrating.

On the bright side, outside of Burke, the pitching staff has pitched very well against a good offense.

Everyone is overmatched. Jones has been very good tonight.

It was like watching an aircraft carrier try to turn around.

He was running full speed. He’s that slow.

It would’ve been close but he was getting hit around. I understand probably why he held him. I’m sure he saw the guys squaring him up and thinking we’ll put one in play versus risking an out. Just bad luck there.

The Natives already up 2-0 in the 2nd.

Pretty incredible they've only scored 9 and that almost all of it came in the first two innings.

That's most hitters to be fair.

Physically in what way? Stamina? Because besides that he's probably the healthiest guy on the field.
