One thing that’s nice about this team is that even when they aren’t getting hits, or aren’t scoring runs, or even is losing, is that this offense really hasn’t looked completely overmatched. That happened far too often in years past. I think that’s one reason why this team is so refreshing to watch.

I agree. He seems like a guy who knows this might be his last chance to stick at the MLB level. Tries to do way too much and it probably doesn’t help that the team is ok with guys being really aggressive.

It was Pasquintino at the plate so I assume he was playing deep. It was a duck snort. Should he have made the play? Probably but it wasn’t easy by any stretch.

He needs to get on the juice and have his hat size grow then too.

I feel like Noah’s entire gameplan against righties is just throw everything inside. This might be fine but he struggles to consistently get it over there and there’s 8 righties in the lineup tonight. It’s just a bit confusing at times.

Oh I dont disagree. I’m just saying I think that could be lack of focus at times leads to that. I have no idea if it’s that or maybe he isn’t as good as we think. I’ve seen the guy that looks like the best pitcher in baseball and I’ve seen a guy that can’t throw a strike. Just trying to figure out why such the wide variance. Maybe the not starting thing bothers him. Who knows.

I’ve kind of wondered if his is more of a focus thing. I think sometimes he knows his stuff is so good that he just kind of seems lackadaisical a bit, but when you watch that at bat against Witt you see him locked in. It’s like when he knows there’s no room for error he just looks more locked in from the start of the at bat as opposed to I know my stuff is better then you so I’m just probably going to get you out.

Bummer didn't generally have guys drop transfers and pop ups. He got squibbed to death.

This is the most overblown thing. If people watched most of the games, he burns a lot of them late in games when he’s just using them to use them. His challenges in situations that matter are fine. Like Gordon just said, “you can’t take them with you”.

He's one guy I cant figure out why he hasn't been back on the team. He was pretty good last year in his time with the big club and has done nothing but pitch well at Charlotte. Like why does Bido need a spot on this team?

Its going to be nice when one day guys like Leasure are in the 5th/6th inning role and not pitching in leverage situations. He just collapses with any pressure.
