McDougal out of the pen has not been good. Sandlin is way up and down. I think they'll leave Schultz down there because they are clearly monitoring his innings. They havent seem interested in Iriarte all year. He also isnt on the 40 man.

They'll probably move him to the 60 day.

Who is worth calling up to send him down? Anyone else coming up isnt getting any run.

Prob gets a month or so there if everything goes well.

It also has to help with having him game plan with all the division games to end the year.

Ya looks like it could be Newcombe's turn for a rough one. He hasnt really had many of them. Although neither ball was hit hard.

Beni is a guy that all that advanced metrics I just throw out the window for. The guy has been a god send for the team this year.

Vargas was also so bad in 42 games with the Sox that he was worth -1.0 WAR in that time span in 2024

Was Vargas exactly who he was 2 years ago or last year? Mune has been worse the last 30 days and no one is ready to send out a guy who has more professional experience than Colson.

I mean hes had barley a full season of MLB at bats. If there's no room for young guys to improve then might as well replace half the team.

He’s probably available tomorrow if you sit him. He ends up with 32 pitches if he only throws 15 in the 8th and is for sure down tomorrow and maybe Sunday.
