his wrist speed is uncanny. Now that he has learned to inside out pitches, he is the best hitter in baseball. You can't teach wrist/bat speed for elite talent.

But him playing everyday is showing Hahn that the gamble didn't pay off and more likely that he won't be back next season. It's frustrating for sure though.

Gosh I love Eloy. He is going to be a 45-50 hr guy if he stays healthy.

Agreed and it's why Bauer makes so much sense. Going year by year with him would be incredible, economical and allows Kopech, Stiever and eventually Crochet to prove they deserve to take away a spot from either Cease or Dunning.

Can you be patient for a potential world series run though? This team statistically is turning into the best of the AL, and he is clearly the biggest weakness for position players. I just don't know the alternative option at this point. Engel more? At the very least, Dyson and Engel need to be defensively out there in the 8th and beyond if they have the lead in the playoffs

Nice seeing the A team lineup in again. Really hope we get good Moncada now after some rest spots. I still think Grandal should be hitting 5th, but otherwise this lineup should be pretty close to the playoff setup.
