Rodon is done for sure. Lopez is one of two things...traded in a package or converted to setup man (where he could thrive) Kopech won't be TOR his first season...that is the gap that worries me. Springer doesn't suck. Pederson is a better fielder than Mazara as well. So there are options. But they 100% need to focus on a starter over RF as their last need to put them into real contenders.
