Lol...I just leave feedback whenever I either get paid (seller) or when I recieve the item (buyer). I've probably done over 400 ebay transactions and only have 225 feedback (no negatives)...I could careless if I get the feedback as long as I avoid any negatives. Once you have 100 plus without a negative people trust you.

Not sure what you're using the shoe for but #2 would be my choice if I was picking out a 'dress shoe' that I would use for work. Now if you're going for a more for comfort I would go with #3. The first one is hardly a dress shoe, at least in my opinion. Not sure if this helped at all...
